Terms & Conditions

  • Effective date: 24 September 2026
  • These Terms govern use of the ResilePlans platform, Token purchases, AI generations and separately agreed Custom Projects.

1. Introduction

  • 1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resileplans.co.uk and any related pages, applications, dashboards and downloadable content (the "Service"), operated by MANAGEMENT RESILIENCE LTD, company number 15587224, registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU ("ResilePlans", "we", "us", "our").
  • 1.2. By creating an Account, purchasing Tokens, starting a generation or ordering a Custom Project, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Service.
  • 1.3. ResilePlans provides an online platform for creating, generating and downloading business documentation, including Business Plans, Financial Models, Pitch Decks and related materials. All Outputs produced through the platform are generated by AI. Specialist work is available only through a separately agreed Custom Project.
  • 1.4. ResilePlans is a documentation and business-planning support service. We do not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice or investment brokerage, and we do not guarantee that a Deliverable will secure investment, credit, a grant, approval or any particular business outcome.

2. Definitions

  • 2.1. Account – the user profile created to access the Service.
  • 2.2. Tokens / Wallet – prepaid, non-transferable digital credits recorded in your Account and used to access paid features and generation services. Tokens are not cash, e-money, a deposit, a savings product or a financial instrument.
  • 2.3. Token Packages – prepaid Token bundles offered on the Service (Starter: 900 Tokens; Standard: 5,000 Tokens; Pro: 20,000 Tokens). A Token Package is a top-up of your Wallet balance. It is not itself a document, a Deliverable, a distinct feature set or a service level.
  • 2.4. Custom Project – a separately scoped service supplied under a written quote accepted by you before payment or commencement of work.
  • 2.5. Client Input – information, data, financial figures, business ideas, text, documents and other materials submitted to the Service by or on behalf of you.
  • 2.6. Deliverables / Outputs – Business Plans, Pitch Decks, Financial Models, reports, spreadsheets or other materials generated or prepared through the Service using your Client Input.
  • 2.7. Order – a confirmed purchase of Tokens, a Generation request, or an accepted Custom Project quote, as applicable.
  • 2.9. Generation – a request you start in the Account dashboard that produces an AI Output and deducts Tokens from your Wallet balance. Two output modes are available: Standard output, released immediately, and Extended output, released within 24 hours of the request. Neither mode includes review by a specialist.
  • 2.8. Service – the website, Account dashboard, generation tools, Token functionality, support and any Custom Project services provided by ResilePlans.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • 3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service for a business, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
  • 3.2. You must provide accurate, current and complete Account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account unless caused by our breach of duty.
  • 3.3. If you suspect unauthorised access, misuse or a security incident affecting your Account, notify us promptly at info@resileplans.co.uk.

4. Nature of Services & Contract Structure

  • 4.1. Outputs produced through the Account dashboard are generated entirely by AI from the information you provide. No specialist writes, reviews, verifies or approves an individual document under these Standard Packages. Specialist work is available only as part of a Custom Project and only to the extent expressly included in a written quote accepted by you before payment.
  • 4.2. Deliverables are based on your Client Input. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, legality or commercial realism of your information, assumptions or projections. You remain responsible for checking a Deliverable before relying on it or sharing it with any third party.
  • 4.3. Investors, banks, grant authorities, educational institutions and other third parties apply their own criteria. We do not promise that a Deliverable will satisfy any particular third-party requirement.
  • 4.4. Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms. A separate transaction or service contract may arise when you purchase Tokens, start a generation or accept a Custom Project quote.
  • 4.5. Nothing in the Service constitutes regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or a recommendation to make a particular investment or financing decision. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
  • 4.6. AI-generated Outputs may contain factual errors, outdated information, generic assumptions or internally inconsistent content. You must review and validate market data, financial assumptions, calculations and statements before use.
  • 4.7. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer rights.

5. Scope of Services & Delivery

  • 5.1. Token Packages (Starter, Standard, Pro): prepaid Tokens credited to your Wallet balance. A Token Package does not by itself include a document, a specific feature set, a quality level or a service level.
  • 5.2. Generations: Tokens are spent on generations you start in the Account dashboard. The Token cost of a generation depends on the content type, any optional additional sections and the output language, and is displayed before you confirm the request.
  • 5.3. Output modes: a Standard output is released immediately. An Extended output uses a more detailed generation and is released within 24 hours of the request. No specialist writes, reviews, verifies or approves either output, and neither validates factual accuracy, assumptions, projections or suitability for a particular investor.
  • 5.4. Custom Project: work supplied under a separately accepted written quote specifying the agreed tasks, any specialist role, Deliverables, price or Token arrangement, delivery time and revision terms.
  • 5.5. Deliverables are supplied digitally through the Account dashboard, by download and/or by email to the address associated with your Account, depending on the feature used.
  • 5.6. Outputs are generated automatically. A Standard output normally takes from a few seconds to a few minutes after all required information has been submitted, depending on the volume and complexity of the Client Input and system availability. An Extended output is also generated automatically, and is released for download within 24 hours of the request.
  • 5.7. The applicable delivery or generation information is shown before purchase or before you start the relevant generation. Token Packages and generations do not include manual specialist work.
  • 5.8. The delivery time for a Custom Project is stated in the written quote accepted by you. We will notify you if a technical issue or missing information materially affects an estimated delivery time.
  • 5.9. Generations do not include an individual specialist revision. You may edit your Output and use available regeneration features subject to any Token charges shown before use. If an Output is defective or does not match its description, your statutory rights and the remedies in our Refund & Return Policy apply. Revision arrangements for a Custom Project are stated in the accepted written quote.
  • 5.10. We do not guarantee identical formatting across every third-party PDF reader, spreadsheet application, browser or device, particularly where software is outdated or does not support the file format correctly.

6. Client Input & Your Responsibilities

  • 6.1. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit and use your Client Input.
  • 6.2. Client Input must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights. You must not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, unlawful fundraising, deception or other illegal activity.
  • 6.3. You are responsible for keeping copies of important Client Input and Deliverables. The Service is not intended to be a permanent archival or backup service.
  • 6.4. You must not upload malware, malicious code or content intended to compromise the Service or another user.
  • 6.5. If your Client Input contains personal data relating to other people, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis to provide that data to us for the intended purpose.
  • 6.6. You must not use a Deliverable to fabricate historical financial information, conceal material facts or knowingly mislead investors, lenders, authorities or other third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

  • 7.1. You must use the Service lawfully, fairly and only for legitimate purposes.
  • 7.2. You must not reverse engineer, scrape, probe, interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • 7.3. You must not use automated means to create fraudulent Accounts, evade limits or abuse Service functionality.
  • 7.4. You must not manipulate Token balances, payment records, usage logs or billing systems.
  • 7.5. You must not resell access to the Service or present the ResilePlans platform itself as your own SaaS product without a separate written agreement.
  • 7.6. We may apply reasonable technical limits or suspend access where necessary to protect security, availability, users or the integrity of the Service.

8. Tokens, Pricing & Payment

  • 8.1. The Service accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. The current Service supports Visa and Mastercard payments.
  • 8.2. Tokens are a prepayment mechanism used to access paid generation features and other agreed Services. Purchasing Tokens does not itself constitute delivery of a generated business plan.
  • 8.3. Starter Token Package: 900 Tokens; GBP reference price £9.00.
  • 8.4. Standard Token Package: 5,000 Tokens; GBP reference price £50.00.
  • 8.5. Pro Token Package: 20,000 Tokens; GBP reference price £200.00.
  • 8.6. Custom Projects are individually quoted. The price, Token requirement (if any), payment arrangement and scope are stated in the written quote accepted by the customer.
  • 8.7. GBP is the base reference currency. EUR and USD amounts displayed on the website are converted amounts and may vary with the exchange rate or conversion method applied by the Service or payment provider. The final amount, payment currency and applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm payment.
  • 8.8. Prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not alter a transaction already confirmed.
  • 8.9. By submitting a payment method, you authorise us and the relevant payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
  • 8.10. Tokens are deducted from your Wallet balance when you start a generation. Any Token use for a Custom Project is governed by the accepted written quote or the Token requirement shown before the relevant action.
  • 8.11. Tokens do not currently have a fixed expiry date. If we introduce material inactivity or expiry rules in the future, we will provide appropriate prior notice and will not use such rules to restrict statutory rights.
  • 8.12. An electronic receipt or invoice is provided where applicable. Tax treatment is determined by the transaction details and applicable law.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • 9.1. If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days, starting the day after the contract is made. Buying Tokens or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, waive that right.
  • 9.2. If you ask us to supply digital content during the cancellation period, we will first ask for your express consent to begin supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right to cancel that digital content once supply begins. We will record and confirm both statements in the order confirmation or other durable medium. If the legal requirements for loss of the cancellation right have not been met, your statutory cancellation right remains available.
  • 9.3. If you ask us to begin a Custom Project during the cancellation period, we will obtain your express request before work starts and inform you that, if you cancel before the service is fully performed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation. You lose the statutory right to cancel a service after it has been fully performed only where the applicable legal conditions have been met.
  • 9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights where digital content or a service is defective, not supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
  • 9.5. Detailed cancellation, refund, technical-fault and non-delivery rules are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of the contractual information provided for the Service.
  • 9.6. If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us promptly so that we can investigate. We may challenge chargebacks that we reasonably believe are inaccurate or abusive, but nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising rights available through your card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • 10.1. The Service, including its software, interface, templates, branding, proprietary workflows and underlying materials, is owned by MANAGEMENT RESILIENCE LTD or its licensors.
  • 10.2. Subject to payment of the applicable Tokens or agreed fees, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, download, edit and share Deliverables for your own business, fundraising, educational or internal purposes.
  • 10.3. You must not resell, sublicense or white-label access to the Service itself without a separate written agreement.
  • 10.4. We do not claim ownership of your specific business idea or Client Input. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process and transmit Client Input for the purpose of operating the Service, generating Deliverables, supporting your Account and improving the Service using de-identified or aggregated information where described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Confidentiality

  • 11.1. We recognise that Client Input and Deliverables may contain commercially sensitive information and will treat such information as confidential subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • 11.2. We restrict access to Client Input and Deliverables to authorised personnel who need it to operate the Service, provide support, maintain security or perform an agreed Custom Project. Contractors and specialists may access Custom Project information only to carry out the tasks stated in the accepted quote. Anyone given such access must be subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and access controls.
  • 11.3. We may provide the information necessary to operate the Service to our AI, cloud, payment and other relevant service providers under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We do not disclose Client Input or Deliverables to investors or other third parties on your behalf unless you instruct us to do so or disclosure is required by law. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
  • 11.4. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.
  • 11.5. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already lawfully public, becomes public through no breach by us, or is lawfully received from another source without a duty of confidence.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

  • 12.1. The Service relies on or may link to third-party services such as payment processors, AI API providers, analytics tools and cloud infrastructure. Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
  • 12.2. If you submit a Deliverable to an investor, bank, grant authority or other third party, that third party’s own terms, criteria and decision-making processes apply. ResilePlans does not control or endorse their decisions.

13. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • 13.1. We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill where required by applicable law.
  • 13.2. We do not warrant or guarantee that a Deliverable will obtain funding, investment, lending, grants, regulatory approval, academic acceptance or any other particular outcome.
  • 13.3. Because Deliverables depend on Client Input and AI processing, you must independently review factual statements, assumptions, calculations and financial projections before relying on them.
  • 13.4. We do not warrant that a Deliverable will satisfy industry-specific regulatory standards or the criteria of a particular third party unless that requirement is expressly included in an accepted Custom Project quote.
  • 13.5. AI systems can generate plausible but inaccurate content. This characteristic does not remove any statutory rights you may have where digital content or a service is defective, not supplied or not as described.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • 14.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
  • 14.2. Subject to Clause 14.1 and to the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Service giving rise to the claim, or, where the claim relates to ongoing Account use, the amounts paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • 14.3. If you use the Service for business purposes, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation, except to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
  • 14.4. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate Client Input, your failure to review a Deliverable, or a decision made independently by an investor, lender, authority or other third party, except where the loss is caused by our breach of a legal duty that cannot be excluded.

15. Indemnity

  • 15.1. If you use the Service for business purposes, you will indemnify MANAGEMENT RESILIENCE LTD against reasonable losses, claims and costs arising from your unlawful Client Input, infringement of third-party rights, fraud or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
  • 15.2. This Section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for matters for which an indemnity would be unfair, unlawful or inconsistent with mandatory consumer rights.

16. Data Protection & Privacy

  • 16.1. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • 16.2. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it and the rights available to you.
  • 16.3. Payment, fraud-prevention, hosting, AI and other service providers may process limited information where necessary to operate the Service, subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Suspension & Termination

  • 17.1. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk, or used the Service unlawfully.
  • 17.2. You may close your Account at any time. The treatment of unused Tokens on closure is subject to the Refund & Return Policy, any applicable statutory cancellation rights and any amounts already consumed for Services supplied.
  • 17.3. On termination, access to the Service may cease. We may retain records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or data-protection purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

  • 18.1. We may update Service features, package contents and prices from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
  • 18.2. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law or business operations. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email or by another reasonable method. Changes will not reduce mandatory rights relating to transactions already completed.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • 19.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • 19.2. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in another competent court, including rights that may apply in Scotland, Northern Ireland or your country of residence.

20. Miscellaneous

  • 20.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • 20.2. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • 20.3. You may not transfer your contractual rights without our consent where consent may lawfully be required. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation, sale or transfer of the business, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
  • 20.4. These Terms, together with the policies and any accepted Custom Project quote expressly incorporated into the transaction, form the agreement between you and ResilePlans regarding the relevant Service.
